This policy explains how Perfour collects, uses, protects, and manages personal data connected to its construction management platform.

1. Controller and scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Perfour's website, commercial forms, demos, support, and platform use.

Before publication, Perfour should complete the legal entity name, tax ID, registered address, and controller details corresponding to the operating entity.

2. Data we collect

We may collect identification and contact data, such as name, email, phone number, company, role, country, language, and billing information.

We may also collect usage information, platform activity, technical logs, IP address, device, browser, cookies, support tickets, and communications with our team.

The customer may upload project, collaborator, vendor, subcontractor, document, budget, report, and file data. The customer is responsible for having a valid legal basis or authorization to upload that data.

3. Purposes

We use data to create and administer accounts, provide the service, configure projects, process payments, provide support, send operational communications, improve the platform, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

With consent or when permitted by law, we may also send commercial communications about Perfour products, improvements, events, or content.

4. Legal bases and consent

We process personal data when necessary to perform a contractual relationship, respond to requests, comply with legal obligations, protect service security, pursue legitimate interests, or rely on the data subject's consent.

When processing depends on consent, the data subject may withdraw it through available mechanisms and according to applicable law.

5. Providers and third parties

We may share data with providers that help us operate the platform, infrastructure, analytics, support, billing, communications, security, and integrations.

These third parties must process information according to Perfour's instructions, reasonable security measures, and confidentiality obligations.

Data may be stored or processed in countries different from the user's or customer's country, depending on Perfour's infrastructure and providers.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure. No system is completely free from risk.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and protect platform security.

When data is no longer necessary, it may be deleted, anonymized, or retained in restricted form if a legal or contractual obligation applies.

Depending on applicable law, data subjects may request access, correction, update, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability of their personal data.

Perfour is intended for construction businesses and professionals. It is not designed to intentionally collect data from minors.

If we detect that minors' data was uploaded without valid authorization, we may delete it or request instructions from the responsible customer.
